VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to support patients remotely with our Prescription Payment Plan. You will guide enrollment, verify eligibility, and coordinate with providers and pharmacies to ensure affordable access to medications.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and clear communication as you help patients navigate coverage, cost-sharing, and renewal processes in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service.
• Experience with prescription assistance programs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, providers and pharmacies.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Confirm prescription coverage and manage the approval process for eligible medications.
• Apply program benefits to reduce out‑of‑pocket costs; manage copays and coinsurance.
• Coordinate with participating pharmacies to ensure correct application of benefits during filling.
• Support patients with refills and continued eligibility, monitoring adherence.
• Guide patients through annual renewals and inform them of formulary updates.
