Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer for OT/IoT Security. This customer-facing expert will drive security strategy, develop new services offerings, and support sales with demonstrations, collateral, and use cases.

This is a remote role based in the Northeast US to align with business needs. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technical cybersecurity, strong OT/IoT knowledge, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Deep security knowledge in OT/IoT space (protocol awareness, traffic analysis, asset visibility)
• Familiarity with OT/IoT protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SCADA
• Excellent presentation skills, including demos on cloud security products
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude
• Exceptional relationship-building acumen
• Strong documentation skills incl. system/network diagrams
• General understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HITRUST)
• Passion for technology and expert security solutions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers and procurement to strengthen client relationships
• Understand SHI services offerings by attending training and self-study
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions via 1x1, team, and company training
• Stay current on new tech trends and market behavior
• Engage in lab work to increase job-related knowledge
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements
• Develop use cases in SHI lab for sales support
