Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer – OT/IoT Security to act as a customer-facing security expert. You will drive consultative security initiatives and craft new service offerings, while working remotely in the Northeast region in support of business objectives.

You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and engineers to strengthen relationships, stay current on OT/IoT trends, and develop sales collateral and use cases that showcase SHI’s cybersecurity capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep OT/IoT security knowledge including protocols and asset visibility.
• Familiarity with Modbus, BACnet, and SCADA in industrial settings.
• Strong presentation and cloud security demonstration capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HITRUST).

Responsibilities

• Engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, and engineers to advance security initiatives.
• Learn SHI service offerings and expand knowledge through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Stay current on industry trends and market behavior.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support sales engagements.
• Collaborate to deliver security services concepts and demos.
