Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer – OT/IoT Security to act as a customer-facing security expert.

You will deliver consultative security projects, develop new services, and educate sales teams across cybersecurity offerings. This remote role requires residing in the Northeast region of the US and involves collaboration with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen customer relationships and align security objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• ~5+ years in a Technical Cybersecurity role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company’s service offerings across solution practice areas by training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Engage in self-study and lab work to increase knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Present compelling demos and adapt content to audience, context, and medium.
• Maintain accuracy and quality across complex tasks and projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and leverage advanced organizational tools and methods.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
