Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the Northeast United States seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer for OT/IoT security. You will be a customer-facing security expert taking a consultative approach to security projects and understanding how security tech enables business.

You will also develop and deliver new security services offerings to meet customer opportunities. This is a remote position based in the Northeast region as required for business needs and SHI management direction.

Qualifications

• Deep security knowledge in OT/IoT space including protocols, traffic analysis, asset visibility, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with OT/IoT industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and SCADA.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to run demos on cloud security products.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional relationship-building acumen.
• Strong documentation skills including system/network diagrams and presentations.
• General understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS, etc.
• Passion for technology and expert technical knowledge of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers and procurement to strengthen client relationships.
• Understand SHI services offerings by attending training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on technology trends and industry landscape.
• Engage in self-study and lab work to increase knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Create use cases in SHI lab to support engagements.
