Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – OT/IoT Security to be a customer-facing security expert. The role combines consultative security work with developing new security service offerings.

This is a remote position requiring residency in the US TOLA region, with travel for events as needed. You will educate sales teams, stay abreast of security trends, and build collateral and use cases to advance cybersecurity engagements with clients.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years experience in a Technical Cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre‑Sales Consulting.
• Preferred Certifications CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or Relevant Professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, Security Engineers, and procurement to strengthen customer relationships and understand goals.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior by studying market trends and industry landscape.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
