SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing security expert. You will take a consultative approach to security projects and help design and deliver new security services offerings to address customer requests.

This is a remote position based in the Northeast region of the US as required for business needs. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen client relationships, stay current on

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks like NIST, HITRUST, CIS etc.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security (EDR, EPP, XDR).
• Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen client relationships and understand goals.
• Learn SHI's service offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior by studying industry landscape.
• Engage in self-study and lab work to improve knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
