SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to be a customer-facing endpoint security expert, delivering consultative security projects and new services offerings.

This is a remote position required to reside in the Northeast region of the US as required for business needs and as determined by SHI management. Role involves collaborating with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships, educating sales teams, staying current

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre‑Sales Consulting.
• Travel up to 20% for client/partner engagements; extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI’s security offerings across solution practices through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior through market research.
• Engage in lab-based self-study to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Create use cases in the SHI lab to support engagements.
