Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint. The role is customer-facing and requires a consultative approach to security projects, with a holistic understanding of how security technology enables business outcomes.

The role will develop and deliver new security services offerings to address customer requests and opportunities. This is a remote position, required to reside in the Northeast region of the US as determined by SHI management.

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, HITRUST, CIS) at an intermediate level.
• Strong technical endpoint security knowledge, including EDR, EPP, XDR and related controls.
• Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products by understanding customer needs and articulating value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Learn SHI service offerings and expand knowledge via training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior.
• Engage in lab work to increase knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
