Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint, a customer-facing security expert who guides security projects with a holistic view of how security enables business. This remote role resides in the Northeast US for business needs and SHI management.

You will develop and deliver new security services offerings, educate sales teams, and stay current on market trends, technology, and lab-based collateral to accelerate customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS, etc.
• Strong endpoint security knowledge including EDR/EPP/XDR.
• Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products to customers.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• Advanced cyber security certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CEH).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI's security offerings across solution areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions via 1x1, team and company training.
• Stay current on technology trends by studying market landscapes.
• Engage in self-study in lab facilities to deepen knowledge.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI labs to support sales engagements.
