Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the US Northeast region is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing security expert. You will take a consultative approach to security projects and help develop new security services offerings.

This remote role requires residency in the Northeast; you will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security engineers, educate sales teams, and build collateral and use cases to support security engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with NIST, HITRUST, CIS and similar security frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of EDR, EPP, XDR and other endpoint security controls.
• Ability to communicate and sell complex cybersecurity solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs and engineers to align security goals.
• Learn SHI service offerings through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling.
• Stay current on new technology trends and market behavior.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support sales engagements.
• Engage in lab activities to increase security knowledge.
