SHI International Corp. is seeking a remote Presales Solutions Engineer - Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing security expert. You will consult on security projects and shape new security service offerings aligned with client goals.

The role requires Northeast U.S. residency and involves collaboration with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen customer relationships and understand objectives.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Professional certifications in Cyber Security (CISSP, GIAC, CCNP/CCIE Security or similar).

Responsabilités

• Understand SHI’s service offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies via 1x1, team, and company training.
• Engage in lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Present and tailor engaging presentations to fit audience and context.
• Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and quality.
• Coordinate projects and delegate tasks using advanced organizational methods.
• Build relationships to expand networks and collaborations.
• Communicate and sell complex technical products by understanding customer needs and value propositions.
