Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing security expert.

You will advise on endpoint security projects and help create new security services offerings, working remotely from the Northeast region as required by business needs. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security engineers, expand knowledge through internal training, and educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre‑Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certifications in CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, Security Engineers and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI service offerings across solution practice areas through trainings and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling via 1x1, team, and company trainings.
• Stay current on new technologies, trends, and market landscape.
• Engage in self-study in SHI labs to improve knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Create use cases in the SHI lab to aid sales engagements.
