You will collaborate with SHI stakeholders and sales to deliver aligned service solutions and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires deep expertise in service delivery, architecture, and technology trends, with a focus on security solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of SOWs aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying opportunities and optimizing offerings.
• Collaborate with SHI stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions.
• Engage with SHI sales teams to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.
• Contribute to practice development by identifying growth areas and leading innovation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide thought leadership in service delivery, trends, and technologies.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
