Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of SOWs, aligning with client needs and objectives.
• Drive revenue growth within the professional services team.
• Collaborate with stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions.
• Engage with sales teams to ensure unified service delivery and client engagement.
• Contribute to practice development by identifying growth areas and setting standards.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships with high satisfaction.
