SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Data Security to work remotely with potential in-office reporting to Austin, TX.
The role blends deep data security expertise with consultative sales, shaping new security service offerings and engaging customers directly to enable secure business outcomes. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security teams, stay current on security tech trends, and develop collateral to support security engagements.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of NIST, HITRUST, CIS frameworks.
- Strong cyber security knowledge including DLP, DSPM, DDR, and encryption.
- Ability to articulate and sell complex security solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs and security engineers to strengthen client relationships.
- Learn SHI services across solution practice areas via training and self-study.
- Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
- Stay current on market trends and industry landscape.
- Develop collateral and use cases to support security engagements.
- Scope and assist in SOWs for professional services.
