SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales - Senior Solutions Architect to lead the creation of Statements of Work, align solutions with client needs, and drive revenue growth through expanded service offerings.

You will collaborate with internal teams, sales, and clients to deliver high-impact technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in service delivery, modernization, and cloud technologies, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and modernization projects.
• Deep knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation and core VMware technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery architectures.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to effectively engage executives, architects, engineers, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, assessments, and solution design engagements.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and develop modernization strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Partner with SHI stakeholder teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
• Collaborate with sales teams, customer success managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and client engagement.
• Contribute to practice development through innovation, service advancement, and the creation of standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in service delivery, infrastructure modernization, and cloud technologies.
• Evaluate business challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Lead technical assessments and guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of hardware and software technologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving architecture practices while recommending modernization opportunities and strategic technology investments.
