Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Product Ops, PMO, or strategy in tech.
- 2+ years in client-facing roles like sales or consulting.
- Strong strategic planning and product delivery understanding.
- Hands-on with tool configuration and data mapping.
Responsibilities
- Lead all solution selection aspects from discovery to technical validation.
- Own RFI/RFP technical responses clearly.
- Understand customer product operating models.
- Design tailored demonstrations for clients.
- Configure customer accounts and use cases.
- Partner with Account Executives to shape strategy.
