SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of engineers, architects, and specialists, coaching them to deliver the right technical solutions to meet customer needs.

The role involves coaching, training, and participating in customer meetings to move processes forward and close deals with the team. Remote positions are available across defined US regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre‑Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 3 years working with Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security and Network sales opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
• Position requires 35% travel for business.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with multiple layers of client contacts to sell, build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by addressing the technical aspects of recommended solutions.
• Engage the Local Technology Community and appropriate customer technical personnel to establish market credibility.
• Train the sales team on the positioning of company solution practices and customer needs.
• Monitor employee performance, provide actionable feedback, and drive recognition.
