Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the Northeast US is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to be a customer-facing security expert. You will take a consultative approach to security projects and help shape offerings that address client requests and opportunities.

This remote role requires residence in the Northeast region and occasional travel. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers and procurement to win business, educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certification in CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or related.
• Travel up to 20% for meetings and engagements.
• Extended hours for special projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen client relationships.
• Understand SHI service offerings and attend training to expand knowledge.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior.
• Engage in self-study and lab work to increase job-related knowledge.
• Develop collateral to assist cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI lab to support engagements.
