Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing security expert. You will take a consultative approach to security projects and help develop new security services offerings to meet customer needs.

This is a remote position based in the Northeast region of the United States, with travel up to 20% as required for business needs and SHI management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CEH, etc.) preferred.
• Travel to client locations up to 20% for meetings and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO and security engineers to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI's service offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Stay current on technology trends and market behavior through study of industry landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI lab to support engagements.
