Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to join our security team, bringing deep endpoint security expertise and a consultative approach to security projects.

You will help clients align technology with business goals and develop new security services offerings. This is a remote position required to reside in the Northeast region of the US for business needs, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS, etc.
• Strong technical endpoint security knowledge (EDR, EPP, XDR) and related controls.
• Ability to effectively communicate and sell complex technical products or services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers and procurement to strengthen client relationships.
• Attend training to understand SHI's security offerings across practice areas.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1 and team trainings.
• Study market trends and industry landscape to stay current on technology.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
