Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to act as a customer-facing security expert. You will take a consultative approach to security projects and help create and deliver new security services offerings.

The role is remote, centered in the US Northeast, with travel up to 20%. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security teams, educate sales on cybersecurity solutions, and stay current on industry trends to craft compelling security use cases and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certifications preferred: CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP/CCIE Security.
• Travel to client locations up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Understand offerings by attending training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Stay current on technology trends and industry landscape.
• Engage in lab work to increase knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
