Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to act as a customer-facing security expert. You will take a consultative approach to security projects and develop new services offerings to address customer opportunities.

This remote role resides in the Northeast US and requires collaboration with CIOs, CSOs, and security teams to drive security outcomes and sales engagements. SHI values continuous learning, certifications, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, HITRUST, CIS) and endpoint security controls (EDR/EPP/XDR).
• Ability to communicate and sell complex cybersecurity solutions to diverse audiences.
• Travel up to 20% for client or internal engagements; extended hours for projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen client relationships.
• Understand SHI's cybersecurity services across solution practice areas and continue learning through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology trends and market dynamics to support engagements.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI lab to assist and enhance sales efforts.
