Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to help customers design and implement effective security operations solutions, with a focus on SIEM platform engineering, log onboarding, detection rules, content management, and integration with SOAR and XDR environments.

The role is remote but must reside in the Northeast region and requires collaboration with account teams, security engineers, and procurement to align technology with business goals and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior by studying market trends and the industry landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements
• Engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver demos on security operations products and architect secure solutions for customers.
