Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to design and implement security operations solutions for customers.

You’ll act as a subject-matter expert in SIEM platform engineering, including log onboarding, rule development, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intel, and ticketing systems. This remote role requires Northeast US residency and collaboration with account teams to tailor security solutions, educate sales, and develop offerings that align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, Security Engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Learn SHI services offerings and attend training to expand knowledge.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through training sessions.
• Stay current on technology trends and market landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support sales engagements.
