Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to advise customers on designing and implementing security operations solutions.

The role focuses on SIEM platform engineering, log onboarding, detection and correlation rule development, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing systems. This is a remote role to reside in the Northeast region of the US as required for business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep technical identity governance and security knowledge across Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, TIP, and related controls.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to run demos on security operations products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Strong relationship‑building with technology emphasis.
• Ability to document system and network diagrams and presentations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS.
• Expert technical knowledge of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customers' cybersecurity needs.
• Engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI’s services offerings across solution practices through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
• Stay current on technology trends and market landscape.
• Engage in lab work to build job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI labs to support engagements.
