Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the Northeast region is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer for SecOps/SIEM to design and implement security operations solutions for customers.

You will serve as an SME in SIEM platform engineering, onboarding, rule development, content management, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and ticketing platforms. This remote role requires residing in the Northeast US and collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups to drive security outcomes for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Work with CIO/CSO/CISOs, Security Engineers and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI's service offerings across solution practice areas.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through training and demos.
• Stay current on new technology, trends and market behavior.
• Develop collateral and use cases in the SHI lab for sales engagements.
