SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM.

You will serve as a security expert, helping customers design and implement SIEM/SecOps solutions, including onboarding, rule development, content management, and integrations with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing systems. The role is remote for the US Northeast region and requires collaboration with sales teams to craft tailored security offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partners, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customers' cybersecurity needs.
• Engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, Security Engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI services offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies through demos and training.
• Stay current on technology trends and market behavior via study and labs.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support sales engagements.
