Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to advise customers on security operations designs.

You will act as a subject matter expert in SIEM platform engineering, onboarding log sources, developing detection rules, and integrating with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing platforms. The role is remote, based in the Northeast US, with responsibilities across customer engagements, solution demonstrations, and collaboration with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, and security

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, and related tooling.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization and proactive problem solving.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer cybersecurity needs.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support engagements.
• Stay current on market trends and technology developments.
• Engage in lab environments to enhance knowledge and skills.
