Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to act as a network expert alongside account teams, guiding discussions with clients on Network platforms and business impact. This remote role covers the St. Louis, MO territory with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

The role emphasizes educating sales teams, building relationships with OEMs and partners, and developing tailored infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products.
• Familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer network environments and requirements.
• Educate and develop sales teams on network solutions and technologies.
• Conduct product training and positioning for sales teams and customers.
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs for comprehensive account management.
• Design tailored infrastructure solutions aligning with business objectives.
