Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to join our remote team serving the Columbus area.

You will work with Architects and account teams to lead discussions, assess customer environments, and propose tailored network solutions that align with business goals. You will educate the sales force on network technologies, build strong OEM and partner relationships, and actively identify opportunities across data center, cloud, network, security, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products (switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, Meraki).
• Advanced Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, ACSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer data center environments and design tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Educate sales teams on network solution selling and technologies through training.
• Develop strategies to manage top prospects and acquire new business.
• Build relationships with OEMs and strategic partners and stay updated on product information.
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs for account management.
