Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Network to advise account teams and customers on network platforms.

This remote role serves the Northern California territory with a home office setup, partnering with OEMs and strategic vendors to tailor data center and cloud network solutions aligned to client business needs. You will train sales teams, conduct technical discussions, and manage a pipeline for Network, Data Center, and related services, engaging CIOs to CTOs

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of technical network solutions including route/switch, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud edge, virtual networking.
• Experience selling complex technical products and services to customers.
• Advanced networking vendor certifications or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer environments and map network solutions.
• Lead product training and educate sales teams on network technologies and trends.
• Evaluate customer data center environments and design tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Build relationships with OEMs and strategic partners and stay updated on product information.
• Engage CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs to ensure comprehensive account management.
