Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Network to join our Northern California team.

You will work with account teams and customers to design and position network solutions, including SD-WAN and data-center networking, while educating sales teams and partners. Ideal candidates have Cisco networking experience (Nexus/Meraki) and advanced certifications, plus the ability to travel to events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products (switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, Meraki) and familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
• Strong knowledge of network solutions including route/switch, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, cloud edge, secure access, and network visibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer environments and tailor network infrastructure solutions.
• Educate and develop sales teams on network solutions and technologies through training.
• Provide product training and act as a trusted IT advisor to customers.
• Manage the solution pipeline and identify opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services.
• Engage CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs to support comprehensive account management.
