Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Typically 6–10+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related technical customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience or leadership responsibility.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing technical professionals.
• Experience supporting quota-bearing Sales organizations and contributing to successful customer outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Sales leadership on pipeline prioritization, opportunity strategy, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Presales coverage across SMB and Mid-Market sales teams, territories, and opportunities.
• Partner with Inside Sales leadership on pipeline development, opportunity prioritization, and strategy.
• Align Presales capacity with business priorities and opportunity complexity.
• Coach the team on discovery, consultative selling, and communicating value.
• Participate directly in strategic or technically complex opportunities.
• Identify and remove technical barriers to uncover new use cases and opportunities.
• Use data to improve coverage, productivity, and cost of sale.
