SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer – OT/IoT Security to serve as a customer-facing security expert. The role takes a consultative approach to security projects and develops new security services offerings.

This remote position requires residence in the Southeast region of the US for business needs and collaboration with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, and security engineers. You will educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling, attend ongoing company training, and expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP/GIAC/CCSP/SSCP/CISM/CEH/CCNP Security, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience in cybersecurity presales or security services is valued.

Responsibilities

• Presenting: design and deliver engaging security presentations to clients.
• Detail-oriented: manage complex tasks, identify errors, ensure quality.
• Organization: coordinate multiple projects and teams.
• Relationship building: expand networks and drive collaborations.
• Deep OT/IoT security knowledge: protocols, traffic analysis, asset visibility.
• Familiarity with OT/IoT protocols like Modbus, BACnet, SCADA.
• Demonstrate cloud security products through demos.
• Document system and network diagrams and presentations.
