Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Security. This remote role focuses on endpoint security, consulting with client teams, and developing new security service offerings.

Occasional on-site Austin reports may be required to support business needs. The candidate will engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships, expand product expertise, and drive cybersecurity sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS, etc.
• Strong technical endpoint security knowledge including EDR, EPP, XDR.
• Ability to effectively communicate and sell complex technical products or services by understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs and security engineers to strengthen customer relationships and understand goals.
• Understand SHI's security offerings across solution areas and continuously expand knowledge.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies through training and workshops.
