SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Data Security to work remotely in the U.S. This role blends technical cybersecurity expertise with customer-facing consulting to design and deliver security offerings that address business needs.

You may report to an Austin-area office when required for business purposes. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of data security technologies and a track record of enabling sales through technical storytelling, collateral

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certification in CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO/CSO/CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI’s cybersecurity offerings across solution practices.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on technology trends and the market landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support security engagements.
• Scope and assist in SOW creation for professional services.
