Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, pre‑sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Broad understanding of email and data security across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid.
• Strong cybersecurity domain knowledge: identity, network, endpoint, data protection, and security operations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, HITRUST).
• Experience supporting sales teams in VAR/SI or technology provider environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for live or virtual demos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and follow‑up.
• Proactive mindset to research, learn, and resolve problems with collaboration.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills and passion for technology.
• Strong documentation skills including diagrams and customer‑facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, security challenges, and environments.
• Assess security architectures, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate expertise in email security and develop high‑level architectures, proposals and docs.
• Design scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.
• Present security solutions and differentiators to technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and technical briefings.
• Collaborate with partners/vendors to validate proposed solutions.
• Assist with pre‑sales PoC efforts to validate technical fitness and business value.
• Provide security‑focused training to internal sales teams.
• Ensure smooth handoff to post‑sales delivery after opportunity closure.
