Job summary

BillionToOne Idaho East seeks a Prenatal Account Manager to drive market development and direct sales of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors. You will convey clinical information to external clients and collaborate with internal teams to evolve the test for market needs.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, build key relationships, and participate in local conferences while working in a startup-friendly environment with a strong mission in prenatal diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Effective time management skills with ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
• Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically and work independently in a startup environment.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Identify and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business and maintain key relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities within your geography – focusing on OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, as well as hospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
