Job summary

BillionToOne is hiring an Account Executive for the Oklahoma City territory to drive prenatal product sales and expand utilization of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen among OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors. You will present clinically to external clients and influence how the test is communicated and evolved to meet market needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated ability to sell, listen, present, and respond to customer needs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Effective time management and prioritization of opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment with drive and resilience.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and healthcare.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within a defined geography, focusing on OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, and hospital systems.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in the territory.
• Manage full lifecycle of product sales, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
