BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Prenatal Account Executive in Omaha to drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen across OB/GYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors. You will present clinical information to external clients and influence how the test is communicated to physicians and patients.

This field sales role reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare field sales, a proven record of winning new business, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in the specified geographic territory.
• Proven sales track record with ability to identify decision makers and close deals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Independent, startup‑minded and results oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and ethics surrounding patient information.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
• Effectively prospect and cultivate new business and maintain key relationships.
• Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within a specific region – primarily OB/GYN, MFM, and GC clinics, plus hospital systems.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
