Job summary

BillionToOne seeks a Prenatal Account Executive to drive sales of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen across OBGYN/MFM/GC clinics and hospital systems in the West Maryland region. You will relay clinical information to external clients and coordinate with internal teams to shape product messaging.

The role blends strategic territory planning with hands-on field selling, requiring strong communication, consultative skills, and a passion for transforming prenatal diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in specified geographic territory
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with effective selling, listening, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with ability to present to internal and external customers
• Strong time management and opportunity prioritization abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with strategic and tactical execution
• Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy and ethics surrounding patient information

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
• Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships
• Capitalize on opportunities for growth within the geography predominantly in OB/GYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospitals, and Federally Qualified Health Centers
• Create and implement a strategic plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography
• Manage full lifecycle of the product sales process including new business development and lead generation
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events
