Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking an Account Support Representative to drive field sales in North Carolina for prenatal diagnostic products. You will communicate with OB/GYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors, shaping how the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen is adopted and communicated to clinicians and patients.

The role reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal and requires a proven sales track record, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with buyers/decision makers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize opportunities.
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable in a startup environment.
• HIPAA/privacy knowledge and handling patient/physician information.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business and maintain key relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth within your geography, focusing on OB/GYN, MFM, GC clinics and hospital systems.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
