Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by delivering a premium, high-touch experience for inbound leads. You will engage via phone, email, and text, guiding prospects through enrollment with a focus on speed-to-lead and consultative selling.

This role offers a clear growth path and a remote-work option across designated states, with a Tuesday–Saturday shift and a strong focus on exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles.
• Experience handling inbound leads and pursuing sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for inbound membership inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospects.
• Conduct discovery to understand needs and interests in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospects on Sollis’ care model, services, and benefits.
• Guide prospects through enrollment in appropriate memberships.
• Support senior directors on complex member conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce of outreach and follow-ups.
• Participate in tours when located in our markets.
• Coordinate onboarding with Member Services and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and materials.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically.
