Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as the primary contact for prospective members. You will deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience via phone, email, and text, guiding inquiries through the enrollment process and coordinating with senior directors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles; quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Comfort with a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.
• Pacific Time working hours required as specified.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Speed-to-lead: promptly respond to inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members.
• Conduct initial discovery to understand needs and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospects on Sollis' care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits.
• Guide prospects through enrollment for appropriate membership offerings.
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors for complex/high-touch conversations.
