Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our premium membership base and serve as the primary contact for inbound leads. You will deliver a high-touch, responsive experience via phone, email, and text while guiding prospective members through enrollment and educating them on our care model and benefits.

This role suits an early-career sales professional learning consultative sales in a premium healthcare environment, with a defined path for growth and a strong compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles; quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM; training provided.
• Willingness to work a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members.
• Conduct initial discovery to understand needs and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospects on Sollis' care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate offerings.
• Collaborate with senior Directors on complex member conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and coordinate onboarding with teams.
• Represent Sollis professionally in all member-facing interactions.
