Job summary

Sollis Health seeks a Membership Sales Associate to act as the primary contact for inbound leads, delivering a white-glove, timely experience across phone, email, and text. You’ll learn the Sollis membership model and sales process while supporting member onboarding.

The role offers a clear path toward a Senior Membership Director, with a competitive base salary and strong OTE in a premium healthcare setting. Remote work is available for selected states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles; quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads or supporting a sales process preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings and holidays.
• Pacific Time working hours required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a high-touch, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to inquiries and scheduling conversations.
• Conduct initial discovery to understand needs and interests in Sollis’ services.
• Educate on Sollis' care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Directors on complex or high-touch conversations.
• Maintain accurate outreach records in Salesforce.
• Participate in facility tours where applicable.
• Coordinate onboarding with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and materials.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically.
