Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by delivering a thoughtful, high-touch experience to inbound leads. You will be the first impression, guiding prospects through discovery, enrollment, and next steps with clear communication and empathy.

This early-career role offers a path to more senior opportunities, with training in our premium healthcare model, sales process, and member's experience, plus a base salary and strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles with quota carrying responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to work a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Pacific Time working hours required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis' care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for membership offerings.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce.
