Job summary

Sollis Health seeks a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base through high-touch engagement with inbound leads. You will learn consultative selling in a premium healthcare environment and have a path to a Director role based on performance.

Shift: Tue–Sat 8:00a–4:00p ET. Remote work is open to specified US states. Base salary $70,000–$80,000 with on-target earnings of $110,000–$120,000, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles; quota-carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Fixed weekly schedule with regular weekends/evenings/holidays (Pacific Time hours).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for inbound membership inquiries with a responsive, white-glove experience.
• Promptly respond to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate on Sollis' care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Directors on high-touch member conversations.
• Maintain accurate outreach and activity records in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours when requested and in onboarding coordination with teams.
• Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing materials.
• Represent Sollis professionally in all interactions.
